This "infusion" process is entirely new to me. But after 4 straight days, I consider myself a veteran. The staff explained the entire procedure from start to finish. The time went quickly as I brought reading material. If I needed to take a bathroom break, that was easily accomplished by the quick and alert staff. By the way, all of the potential setbacks never occurred. I told the staff I'm from good Italian mountain stock. I am very much impressed by the dedication, speed, and thouroughness of the staff.
I had a great experience at IVX. Very nice facility— new and comfortable. The staff were great! Lynett at front desk and Destiny as tech/nurse were amazing!
Always comfortable, professional and friendly!
