The Bryn Mawr Infusion Center is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I was in and out within 15 minutes, not really long enough to grab a beverage or snack that they provide!
I went to IVX for the first time today. The staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. They made sure I understood every step of the process.
Today was my 3rd infusion at IVX Bryn Mawr and it has gone beyond my expectations. So far, it has been a very professional, clean, comfortable and pleasant experience. I can't say enough about Cynthia, the nurse who has performed my infusion all three times. She is so kind, caring, and upbeat. She has truly made the experience stress-free! I have to have infusions long-term and I am so glad I chose IBX.
