My experience at IVX in Danbury is and has been extraordinarily positive in such a way that though no one really wants to be treated, but if need be, the experience is so very pleasant. The nurses are beyond wonderful. Katie and Monica certainly go above and beyond in every way. Plus their knowledge, experience professionalism and again, mostly kindness just makes one almost look forward to going lol
This was my first time receiving outpatient IV infusion therapy outside of a hospital, so I really didn't know what to expect beyond the photos and reviews I had read. IVX exceeded every expectation. The location in a Danbury strip mall initially made me wonder what it would be like, but it turned out to be perfect—easy parking right in front and a modern, beautifully decorated, spotless facility inside. The experience was wonderful, just like the other times. The nurses are very attentive, especially Monica, who administers the infusion to our 8-year-old daughter. Always very careful and patient. we are very happy that our daughter can receive treatment at IVX.
