Absolutely incredible experience here. Genuinely one of the most seamless visits i’ve had ever. Front desk staff was so welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Great snacks to choose from! Room itself was comfortable, cozy, and nurse friendly as outstanding. Almost didn’t want to leave when my infusion was over! Will definitely be coming back.
I am highly appreciative of the West Loop team for their knowledge and treatment of their patients. My sugar was high and instead of giving me the treatment, I had to get my sugar down before they gave me treatment. I learned something else that day about dealing with high sugar and taking this infusion. Thank you West Loop team.
Very friendly agents. Some newness, little experience due to low volume. Also missing heparin for cleansing at end of infusion.
Clean and professional location. Was treated very well by all staff. I would highly recommend this location.
