I think the facility and its nurses are the best! They are so welcoming and make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. My only complaint is that when you call the office if you need to change your appointment it is very hard to get a hold of anyone. When I called someone from a different location called me back but I missed their call. Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone I just went to the location the next day and worked my appointment out in person. They need a front desk associate the entire time they are open.

Having my infusions at the IVX center is always a wonderful experience. The suites are private and the staff is always friendly.
Top notch!!! Very professional but pleasant personality. The facility is very clean and comfortable and they have great snacks too Everybody has their own room room and I appreciate the privacy
