The staff is always attentive to my needs. The center is clean. Finally, I am happy I switched from my home health care to IVX.
I got concierge's service and care.Everyone I came in contact with there were very, nice and took very well care of me when I got my injection. I will recommend to any of my friends who may need your services.
I think the facility and its nurses are the best! They are so welcoming and make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. My only complaint is that when you call the office if you need to change your appointment it is very hard to get a hold of anyone. When I called someone from a different location called me back but I missed their call. Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone I just went to the location the next day and worked my appointment out in person. They need a front desk associate the entire time they are open.
Love the new location!! So convenient!
Having my infusions at the IVX center is always a wonderful experience. The suites are private and the staff is always friendly.
