Very friendly and efficient staff.
IVX was a GREAT experience from beginning to end. I went to the Bellaire location. They have individual small rooms (about 6 or 8 total if my memory serves me correctly) with 2 chairs in each room with a sliding door to the room, snacks, a tv, blankets, pillows and low Muzak music playing. Also there is an adjustable light if you prefer dimmer light. As well they are decorated tastefully. Even though there was 2 chairs in each room, I had the room to myself.
