Excellent service and very professional. Highly recommend
The receptionist, a wonderful & professional front office person, was efficient & welcoming. She offered us something to drink. When we went to get the injection, the nurse was equally professional and friendly. She explained the process, with all the typical post injection possibilities. She went over the protocol sequence while ensuring we felt free to ask questions. I go back in 3 months and I now know I will be in excellent hands, hence, I can go by myself. At IVX Health–Katy, I was welcomed and taken to a patient room immediately. The nurse was professional and attentive to my needs, and the room was both comfortable and well-appointed. I received my shot within just minutes of arriving. Overall, a very efficient and positive experience—I’m very satisfied.
Friendly staff especially Katiana. So helpful. Warmth of the place is just right Clean . Less anxious of the unknown after initial entrance
