At IVX Health–Katy, I was welcomed and taken to a patient room immediately. The nurse was professional and attentive to my needs, and the room was both comfortable and well-appointed. I received my shot within just minutes of arriving. Overall, a very efficient and positive experience—I’m very satisfied.
