Amy was fantastic today. She was warm and attentive, reviewed my chart thoroughly, asked all the right questions, and brought me blankets and a heating pad without me even asking. She made the whole process feel seamless and personal, like I was her only patient, even though she had several others. When you’re not feeling your best, it’s such a relief to be taken care of like this. Highly recommend Amy and IVX Health.
Staff is very inviting and warm. It is always a pleasure to meet at this place. Reception is helpful and pleasant. Nurse is very friendly and professional. Service is prompt and excellent.
