I am giving it 1 star because the nurses are nice, but it should be 0. Because someone did not do their job and a very bureaucratic system my treatment is now delayed and on top of that I received and extra shot of an unnecessary medication.
I really enjoy going to Cinco Ranch in Katy because everyone there is so kind to me. They have their schedules just right for me and when I get there for my infusion they are ready to go. The staff is excellent, I love all of them that I've seen. They are very good at their whatever they need to do. I can't ask for a better team.
Would not recommend. Nothing but delays and communication problems dealing with this practice. Clearly did not know the process for insurance approvals or special programs offered by the drug companies and poor communication skills communicating with customer. Looking for an infusion center experienced with billing and approvals I would go elsewhere.
