Infusion days are something I look forward to because of the staff and IVX Health Infusion Center. When you’re dealing with a chronic illness and all the bad things that go along with that, having silver lining’s are a boost of energy and this place definitely gives you that! The nursing staff is kind, attentive, and takes time to get to know you. Excellent. So sweet & helpful, and I LOVE having a room that is private ... and can be made dark so I can nap!
I had my second infusion in stone oak. This was the second pleasant experience I have had at this location. Samantha was so kind and caring. The location is awesome, clean, all the staff are caring and kind. Samantha was gentle and informative. I honestly don't know how I have gone the last four years anywhere else. I hope I never have to go to a different location. Thank you so much! Fast efficient I can not say enough.
