I was relaxed do to the nurses in the office l was no longer afraid the procedure was explained to me and l felt well taken care of
I had my 1st visit at IVX on Sept.12th and I must say it is a very relaxing atmosphere for an infusion. My own private suite with recliner, tv and WiFi. Melissa was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed and Jenssen (my nurse) explained everything she was doing every step of the way. My veins don’t like to cooperate when it comes to needles but she took her time and found that vein! I believe this is the 1st time in 2 years of getting infusions that I did not bruise!! Thank you ladies see you in 8 weeks!
I’m sorry you need an infusion first of all. I highly recommend this location. I was well greeted. They have snacks, beverages, and a private room with space to bring a buddy or 3. I was even asked what I liked to drink so they could have it for my next appointment. There’s a TV in the room with all the apps. The place looks like the photos, and is clean including the bathrooms. The room can be dimmed, and they were nice enough to lower their voices and provide ice packs to me.
