I am very satisfied with the way you are greeted when you come into the office. The attention and care that is given when th shot is administered. Personally I do not like shots, but I am put at ease when the shot is administered. This office staff and facility is great. I can see the difference in my health with these shots.

Ivx in Cedar Park Texas. What can I say I give them straight A's all the way. You don't have to wait in the waiting room to take you to the room nice couch nice chair big screen TV coffee table nicer than my living room. All designed for the patient and their family to spend quality time together for the patient receives the infusion. Great experience! Beautiful facility, EXPERIENCED, kind and caring nurses and staff! All private Infusion suites. Flawless Ocrevus Infusion. Overall a stellar experience. In the almost two years since my MS diagnosis I've been to some less than stellar Infusion centers, so IVX was a wonderful surprise! The patient truly comes first here! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had a wonderful first infusion at IVX! The private rooms are so cozy and beautiful and the staff was very attentive and professional. The entire process from start to finish was seamless- from scheduling to discharge. Shelby’s IV skills are unmatched, I barely felt a thing and nurse practitioner Jennifer was so kind and caring in helping me resolve my headache and nausea quickly with some oral medications. I am actually looking forward to my next infusion!
