When going to the facility and entering in I was welcome. I was announced. The ladies knew exactly who I was. I would say if there was a scale from one to 100 I most definitely put it at 100. They made me feel so welcome. they made me feel like it was home and everything will be OK. They were more than just Okay. They were phenomenal. Awesome group of ladies can’t wait until December where I can see them again and we can have a wonderful time again, all smiles.
IVX made what could have been a stressful treatment into a very comfortable, almost pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in I was treated as a guest, not a customer. Everyone there went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. The office was immaculately clean and I had my own room with recliners, a tv, pillow and blanket. My nurse, Alana, had obviously acquainted herself well with my case and was careful to ensure I was informed on what to expect during and after treatment.
