IVX is a clean and serene place to get treatment. The staff is friendly and they were very helpful with getting my copay assistance through the company who manufactures my specialty medication.
The facility was very nice and clean. The rooms are equipped with recliners, TV, etc. The receptionist, both of them were so pleasant and helpful. The nurse was amazing, she cared for me during the whole process, making me feel comfortable and at ease. They provide snacks and drinks, candy, and even for your support person there with you.
From the time I walk in the door, I’m greeted with smiles it is very heartfelt. The nurses that actually work with me doing my infusion their great Their very nice. They always take care of me and I’m glad that I was actually sent to this particular Center. I have never had any incidents. Any concerns any problems everybody there they’re great and I really appreciate them for taking care of me.
