People who work here are professional, organized, and personable - especially Lauren. A terrific step up from the places I’ve been in the past that were affiliated with my hospital. Also, they provide yummy snacks , coffee drinks (yes, lattes,etc), and a small fridge w an array of cold drinks. The medicine is the same but it’s terrific that the surroundings are are so much nicer.
Very professional, clean, friendly place. My nurse, Lauren, treated me like royalty. I had privacy, a comfortable chair, TV, snacks— even the coffee was good. I can’t imagine a better Infusion experience.

The facility and staff were great!
The staff is professional and friendly, and IVX provides private, quiet rooms. The rooms are spacious with a couch and a TV for family members who may accompany patients. They offer snacks and a variety of drinks. I used to go to the local hospital and had to wait on average one hour to get my RX filled from the hospital pharmacy. The infusion room at the hospital is not private, and a long walk and elevator ride away. At IVX, your private infusion room is just a few steps past the front door. I highly recommend IVX.
