The IVX facility in San Mateo ALWAYS EXCEEDS our expectations. The staff there is so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and comfortable . I cannot say enough about every person whom I have dealt with over the years. The facility itself is so inviting.
Always warm and welcoming. Jenny is great at reception. All of the nurses are patient and caring. Nice environment too! I feel very safe and well cared for at IVX.
Always professional and friendly. Take good care of me when I'm there. And the snacks and treats make the time there go faster!
My experience was pleasant. Scheduling, insurance approval, and the service were all very easy. The facility had good parking. It was clean, nice, and very comfortable.
