I just want to thank everyone in this infusion center for going above and beyond to make sure that patients feel safe and cared for.
Such a stream lined, but welcoming experience at San Mateo IVX. I'm always welcomed by first name and escorted immediately to my private room. I'm encouraged to help myself to a beverage or snack. A heating pad is waiting for me to assist with starting my IV. I am a difficult stick so I always schedule when Bonnie is working. Her skills are excellent. The whole process is less than 60 minutes.
