I’ve been receiving health care from IVX Infusion Center in San Mateo for about four years. I wrote the review below a long time ago and it’s just as true today as it was then. The staff and service is outstanding. “The IVX Infusion Center in San Mateo is excellent! The staff and service are great and I was very well cared for by everyone there. I’m fortunate to have them handling my health care treatment!”
My experience was great. Scheduling, insurance approval, and getting the service were all very easy. The facility was clean, nice, and comfortable. Infusions were given in a spacious, private room with a comfy recliner and a clean blanket. Nurses were friendly and skilled. They set expectations on the medications and side effects, and told me just what to do and watch for. It didn't really feel like a medical facility at all, more like a spa with snacks and drinks. I was very pleasantly surprised.
The IVX facility in San Mateo ALWAYS EXCEEDS our expectations. The staff there is so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and comfortable . I cannot say enough about every person whom I have dealt with over the years. The facility itself is so inviting.
