Receptionist was friendly and professional. There was a significant array of snacks to choose from. Casey was my nurse. She was caring, professional, efficient and a delight. She Anticipated, and care of my every need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great first time experience! I just started a new treatment plan and chose IVX as my infusion center. The facility was clean. Staff were responsive, supportive, and very kind. The snack selection was awesome! I really enjoyed the private room set up. This was something I really wanted when choosing an infusion center. There was ample space and was cozy. This was my first visit. The facility was spotless. They were very professional and attentive. They had light snacks and drinks, and individual rooms for infusion They have thought of everything to make a patient's visit comfortable. Very impressed.
