I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. All the staff I met were welcoming and friendly. Everyone took a few minutes to get to know me. I felt as if I mattered.
IVX staff made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable during my infusion. Private room with comfy chair and tv, lots of snacks, and perfect level of attention form the nursing team.
