My husband had a great experience at his first infusion yesterday. The facility is so clean and modern. They think of absolutely everything. The woman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name. His nurse practitioner Kayla was so sweet and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help him and answer any questions we had
I started coming to IVX to accommodate my new work schedule last April 2024. Before that I was using another facility that was part of the network my Rheumatologist office is in. They were ok. They made me feel welcomed and cared for at each and every visit which is every six weeks. Having a chronic illness really isn’t the finest thing in the world.
