Polite and efficient
This was my first visit to IVX Health Infusion Center and I’m happy that this is where all of my upcoming appointments will take place. Everyone at the facility is extremely helpful and kind. I had my own personal room for my infusion where I could relax in a comfy recliner with snacks and a TV. I was checked on during my infusion to make sure I was doing well. Thank you IVX Health Infusion Durham for such a positive experience!
I have been receiving infusions at IVX Health for the past two years, and every visit makes me feel truly cared for. The nurses are kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I especially love Grisell — her warmth and kindness always put me at ease. The center is calm, comfortable, and very respectful of patient privacy.
