They take great care of me and are very nice also!
For the first time in five years, I had a real shabby experience. I had to wait almost an hour, then asked for a blanket four times got a sheet just thrown over me Not a nurse acting like they cared before every nurse that was there acted like they cared and went above and beyond the two that were there yesterday didn’t care they were just there for the money that’s what it made me feel like
Outstanding friendly and courteous staff. Really made me feel comfortable and relaxed through our the entire process.
I'm so glad that my insurance coverage had me switch my infusion clinic to IVX! IVX is exceptional, from the private suites, the recliners, the huge tv and plenty of snacks and drinks available. My sister is able to come with me, since my infusion takes almost 5 hours total and I need the company. And lastly, the Nurse Practitioners are so wonderful! Each time I've gone, they've been kind and caring and offer wonderful support. My infusions aren't a pleasant experience, but THEY MAKE IT PERFECT!! Please give them all a raise... read more
I had to get on and review and soon as I was done because this place is wonderful. Super kind staff, very relaxing atmosphere. They make you feel as comfortable as possible during your infusions. If there was a way to give it an extra start I would.
