Ever since I started coming to IVX for health reasons, it's been a wonderful experience. I started at the East Shore in Harrisburg initially bc my job at that time was a few minutes away. The staff there were all kind, considerate, and caring. Then I switched to the West Shore office as I changed jobs and that office was closer. In this office too, everyone has been exceptionally kind and efficient. It's one of the best places to be able to be medically taken care of with the best bedside manner you could ask for!
Extremely friendly staff, accommodating as much as possible. Interesting to talk to. Gets me in as early as possible so I can go to work. They make having MS a little less sucky
My first treatment went smoothly. Jean and Karen(hope I got name right) were excellent. Friendly yet professional. Explained everything. Would definitely recommend.
