IVX San Ramon is an amazing facility and I highly recommend it. Starting from the receptionist Jeannie and all the nurses I have worked with are extremely compassionate and make my infusion experience very smooth. The facility is very clean, calm, has nice munchies like chocolates, chips, coffee and water. The treatment rooms are very clean, spacious, reclining chairs for comfort, sofa for my husband to sit and even lie down on f needed to take a nap while waiting for me. I have appreciated this site and these services since a very first appointment that I had there. Their attention to Detail is at the highest level. I am known as a hard stick and they have gone out of their way to learn what works best for me too everyone on the same page. When I arrive the room is usually set up with a heating pad to be used on my arm, which helps the blood vessels to dilate. I have been going to IVX San Ramon for About two years. The nurses are great and the accommodations are comfortable. It’s nice to have a private room.
The staff is great, rooms and restrooms are very clean, nurses are very kind. Highly recommend them and appreciate their service.
