I’ve been going to this location for over two years however when I went on September 11, 2025, a new nurse and np helped me I was supposed to have my vitals checked every half hour they did it every hour. I was there half hour before they started to even work on me Supposedly because they had an emergency before me. I can understand that, but they were just rude even when I finally left, the nurse practitioner didn’t even look at me. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Absolutely love the girls there
Everyone from the first visit to the most recent has been both professional and caring. The atmosphere is not like most infusion centers that can be crowded and clinical. . At IVX there are individual rooms where treatment feels personalized. I have been happy with every nurse as well as the front office staff since starting treatments months ago. To the staff , Thank you for all you do.
We are very happy with IVX. Ralph received excellent care .
