Then nurses are great. The day of treatment experience is good. The front office staff are awful. I've had IVX mess up insurance, not find faxes from my doctors office, and today straight up lose appointments. Honestly the absolute hassle in getting appointments scheduled and basic paperwork done makes all the rest of the convenience not worth it. Also the front office staff are unapologetic and indifferent to any pain or suffering their incompetence causes patients.
Cindy is a phenomenal nurse, she explained the procedure well, and did a great job with my IV. The clinic is so comfortable and everyone I spoke with on the phone prior to were all great.
I always get treated with the utmost respect. I am a hard stick and I know it can't be early for the nurses there but it is always a great experience. Thank you
My husband had to change his Enzyme Replacement Therapy due to having some scary reactions to the Fabryzyme. He hadn’t had an infusion for over a month due to other health problems and he was very nervous about trying the Elfabrio. Cindy and Claire had everything ready for him just in case he would have another reaction. They are such great nurses and even better people.
