Very professional, friendly staff! Snacks and drinks in the waiting room, and then you are led back to your room with comfy chairs, a TV to watch anything on, and very kind! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
I love IVX!! I get my Tezspire injection every month and the front office and nurses always make my experience perfect!!
I love this office. Everyone was professional and kind and the treatment room was very inviting and relaxing. The staff was very attentive and the greeter/scheduler was very cordial. The only reason I didn't give this review a 5 star rating is because I dropped off a copy of my new insurance card at the front desk and I'm guessing it never made it to the back office for them to obtain a prior authorization. After waiting 3 weeks for a call, I called them and the prior authorization process hadn't been started. After they bec... read more
