Quick and professional service. The technician was quick and efficient at applying the shot.
Visited IVX today 7/14…while the staff is friendly and service is great I must say the company needs to work on their staffing. I come for an injection every 4 weeks and I make my next appt at that time…I got a call yesterday, 7/13, saying I needed to change my appt time because the day was getting too congested…what…staff makes the appt and if the day is busy administration should be able to see that ahead of time and schedule staff accordingly.
