Staff is great Kimmi and Courtney are really great. The problem is, they don't answer theor phone and they don't call ANYONE. Even if you get someone from another facility to message them to call, the Glenview location is "too busy." They are the busiest location, so they say. Then then could hire someone to call people back. Staff inside the location is excellent.
Every time I go in, I am always treat with politeness, warmth, and knowing who I am. When I do go I know that I'm going to a place of caring.
Staff is wonderful and professional. Rooms are private and comfortable!
