Lived here during 2019-2020 in a 2B1B with 2 other room mates. I would give a negative rating if I had the option. International Students Beware!! WORST PLACE for GIRLS to live in. Superficially nice but actually rotten and vindictive staff. They loot people when lease ends by adding unnecessary overhead charges to the final deposit statement. They are hungry for your money and don't care about your safety. There were several car break ins while I lived there. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
Good value in a newer complex Ivorywood was built in 2000 and changed management a few times (its now run by Equity Residential). If you dont work for Microsoft or dont need to live in Redmond, you might want to try this complex, since youll easily pay at least $200 less per month for the same apartment. The complex comes with underground parking included, a 24-hour gym, and the office and maintenance staff has always been friendly and responsive.
