This company KNOWINGLY messed over several people I have met as renters & buyers. Roy tries to be nice but he never gives anything in writing (when they do they DO NOT go by most recent rulings), & thus Cathy just makes up rules as they go along- even when it is clearly against Federal, State, County, & City codes! We lived in a property that they managed, but in the beginning of us living there, it was a private landlord then he let the property management take over. They scammed, lied and took things that wasn’t even broken just because the actual landlord the person that owns the property didn’t live around there. He lived like four hours away and he wasn’t there to see so they just lied, so I would not refer them to anyone at all
