I had requested a haircut long layers with curtain bangs. My hair cut is not at all connected. My curtain bangs are so short and look so out of place. Very disappointed with my haircut. Even the blow dry wasnt good! I had to come home and blow dry myself! I am not a very confident person cutting my long hair! Now, i have just lost confidence. I hate looking at myself in the mirror after this haircut. Never recommending this place to anyone
Zero stars actually. The salon ruined my hair. I tried to book an appointment for highlights by text Karla my stylist that had been doing my color/cuts for a couple years. I was told she was gone but they would book me with Joy. I called the salon to inquire about Joy's qualifications and if she was a very experiences colorist and they assured me she was. Book with Kimberly! Just do it!!! She is phenomenal ♥️ I came in with near virgin hair needing a trim and a desire to go blonder. She delivered spectacularly!!! My hair feels healthy, vibrant and beautiful! I have found my new go to stylist for sure! Will definitely be recommending her!
I had such a great experience with Kimberly. Before my appointment, I texted her about my hair struggles and sent a few current and inspiration photos. She asked a couple thoughtful questions about what I was hoping to fix and replied, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” And she absolutely did.
