Gabriel has been wonderful to work with during our flooding mess. He is so compassionate and helpful. And, I can't say enough regarding their response time. We called our insurance agent and Gabriel and his team showed up 2 hours later to handle the mess! Just an amazing group of people to work with during a disaster!!!
We noticed our wood flooring, pulling up in different places throughout our house. We called a plumber out and he could not find the leak. My grandson called his friend who just happened to be an employee of Ivory Restoration. Ashton came right over and actually found two separate leaks in our house. So naturally we wanted Ivory to do our water restoration work for us. They came in and did a great job cleaning up and drying everything. I could not be any happier with the completed job.
Ivory Property Restoration is first class! I used them for mold remediation and they were very professional, thorough and communicated the process among the way. Highly recommended!
