I’ve been loving my experience in this condo, the concierges have always being very thoughtful and helpful!
Avoid this building with all costs. Imagine to live for a month with broken lift and house management’s response is “we know” and no changes at all. Constantly one lift is broken down. But today is the most outstanding day that two lifts are broken. Nothing is new for poor tenants. The amount of money spent to fix the broken lift could let replace the broken one. House manager- Christina Bower is absolutely not competent to do her job same as her crew.
Horrible experience. Disgusting water quality. Zero support during emergencies. Power outage for 24 hours — and guess what? Only our building stayed in the dark while the others got their power back before sunset. 1. Zero organization. Security just sat in their chairs doing absolutely nothing. Couldn’t even bother to open doors to the stairs — somehow some residents had access, some didn’t. People had to run around like maniacs just to reach the second floor. Only one elevator worked, and you had to wait 15 minutes for it. ... read more
This house turns your live in circus. TERRIBLE WATER FILTERS. ABSOLUTELY. Probably they just love to torture residents by making their live as living hell. Otherwise cannot explain why for three days in a row all resident live in constant struggles and stress with this building. Terrible housing with terrible management. First they will send you email about parking clearance at 5:30am and after cry that no one removes the car. Constantly coming inside apartment without any prior notice. Constantly asking to move cars as they hiring cheap workers who cannot fix things once and for all
