Crazy management, lots of unexpected "fines" . You can be waked up in the middle of the night for complain about "running water noise". Strongly advise - think twice before you sign the rent agreement.
Very disturbing experience, no obvious difference than other new built condo. Last week they tested in suite smoke alarm and fire alarm while building but set the annoying buzzer alarm sound as announcement and ringing every day.
