I had a very disappointing experience with stylist Alexis. She applied all of my highlights, then abruptly left without a word. A completely new stylist came over and said, “Oh, I’m sorry—Alexis felt sick and had to go home.” There was no explanation or courtesy from Alexis before she walked out, leaving me mid-appointment with someone else finishing my service. Absolutely loved our experience and the way our hair turned out! Alexis is amazing and super sweet! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. We just recently moved to Bowling Green and will definitely be coming back to see Alexis!
