Giana was THE BEST!!! I felt so comfortable trying on my dresses which is super important when you are making such an important decision. We saw SO many pretty dresses too that it was so hard to make a final decision! Giana heard what we were saying because every dress she pulled we loved. I am so happy we decided to come here to shop for my dress.
Normally I do not write reviews, however I believe it's time to give this boutique a 1 star review and stick by it. I originally went to this boutique to feel welcomed and comforted, especially when at the time previously plus size and feeling vulnerable and insecure. Ivory and main prided themselves on making everyone feel comfortable no matter the circumstance. I had a great experience at Ivory and Main - from the second I stepped in I was greeted and felt welcome. The attendant was so patient and helpful. She helped me refine my vision, listened to what I loved about each dress, and what I would like different. She helped me say yes to the dress! It was a personalized experience from the moment I walked in. It made my dress shopping experience everything I could have ever dreamed off. We ended with a champagne cheers and tears

I bought a pocketbook there for $80 4 months ago & the material frayed. The went back 3 times only to find the store closed. I finally got them open today and went in to get a credit or refund and the owner refused stating that the pocketbook was now out of season and she couldn’t return it. It’s a black pocketbook. How out of season do Black pocketbooks get a universal year-round don’t buy from this place they’re overpriced and they’re not accommodating at all. No customer service.
