The property Management group you have hired is super unprofessional: **Beware When Moving Out!** The move-in process was great, but the nightmare of moving out was not. Once I moved in, I submitted several maintenance requests that took days to receive a response, and I ended up fixing many issues myself. Honestly the house is okay, the quality is eh at best. We have nail pops allover the house just 1.5 yrs old we are pushing about 150 of them. They came and fixed some at a year mark but they are worse now then ever. They patched came back to sand and never painted. The edges that go along the baseboards on the corners are constant falling off. The foundation has small Crack surrounding it.
