Great First Time Home Building Experience! We built a home with Ivory and have been living in our home for almost a year now. I thought the whole process went really smoothly. I really enjoyed picking out all of the aspects, customizing to our needs, and getting feedback and input from their designers (Hilary Harris and Clint Larson were awesome!). We Love Ivory I have lived in two Ivory Homes and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Ivory builds high-quality, customizable homes. We were able to personalize our home to fit the specific needs of our family. Like anything, there will be some issues. But when there are, Ivory's warranty is quick and super helpful. I would recommend Ivory to everyone!
Second Ivory Home We have built two homes with Ivory and were pleased with both experiences. Sure, there there was some stress and frustration during the process, though we felt like Ivory stepped to plate to resolve concerns along the way. Caring Builder We've had Ivory build two homes for us and we've loved both of them! In fact, between my wife and I, we have four family members who've built with Ivory because of our experience. That's not to say there weren't some mistakes made during the building process but Ivory seems to really care for their buyers and they take care of things.
