I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The customer service was terrible—the person who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and even hung up on me when I asked questions about booking through Groupon. Their booking system is confusing and unfriendly. I ended up having to get a refund from Groupon. I would not recommend this spa.
I truly needed this. She was kind and soft spoken. The space had a sense of calmness that I appreciate. I got a deep tissue message and she was asking to be sure it wasn’t too much pressure. It was but it was what I needed so I said no lol. Truly appreciate finding her.
It was a very calm environment and an amazing experience. I left extremely relaxed and I just might have to go once a month
Shakerra did a great job with a Swedish massage. The space is private and inviting. She hit key areas while navigating sensitive areas. I hope to schedule again soon.
