Kayla was PHENOMENAL to work with. She was patient with my edits and you could tell she truly wanted to make something both you and she were proud of. She was also super communicative which is so important! Everyone at my wedding loved the details and I will never forget them. Would 10/10 recommend her every time!

Kayla went above and beyond in creating the perfect seating chart for our November wedding! Kayla took a meeting with my mother and I, which I thought went well. The meeting concluded with me awaiting a proposal from Kayla. I have yet to receive a proposal from her. Our consultation was June 12th..... I reached out numerous times only to be given false information. She would tell me that she was going to send it, yet I never received it. An explanation of why she didn't want to work with me would have been nice. Don't just string me along and pretend that your working on the proposal. Very unprofessional behavior.

Kayla was amazing to work with for my baby shower. She came to the table with incredible ideas and and multiple options to choose from. She incorporated all my musts into the decor. It was awesome to walk into a space and have my vision come to life and not worry about a thing. Highly recommend and cannot wait to work with her again hopefully in the future.

I am so grateful for Kayla and Ivory Details. As someone who struggled to figure out what I exactly wanted when it came to signage, Kayla went above and beyond to provide me with options and ideas.
