We took my suit jacket to Ivory and when we picked it up it felt damp and smelled musty and like body odor. I will have to have this jacket cleaned again and find another option for my meeting tomorrow. Very disappointing.
I went Monday to take my husband vest and it was ready on Wednesday. The lady did a really good job she understand what I was saying. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

My elderly father dropped off five pants to get altered and the lady at Ivory Cleaners said they would be ready in two weeks and she would call when ready. Four weeks later I called and finally someone answered the phone cause I had called numerous times and no answer. She said the charge was $130! That is a ridiculous amount.
