I had an appointment to pick up my wedding dress at 5:30 p.m. and arrived at 5:00 p.m., 30 minutes early. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed. I was trying to find a veil that matched my dress and asked for recommendations and opinions, but instead of being helpful, the associate responded with dismissive and sarcastic remarks. Micah was absolutely amazing to work with! He made the experience feel so relaxing and special and really listened to my opinions on each dress! He was kind to each of the people I brought with and was almost as excited as I was when I found *the* dress! 10/10 recommend.

Came in for my appointment and person taking my appointment and dressing me was a male. I said I was uncomfortable with a male dressing me to which he said “I can just clip you up” I said that was fine. Then another woman came out and said “if you want a woman you’ll have to come back later” she came out pretty aggressive so I said we’ll just leave. Had the greatest experience at Ivory Bridal Co. with Talia! She helped me find the one and made my day feel so special. She listened to my wants and pulled styles that she thought would compliment me the most, and even some fun ones that might spark interest. Overall, great experience and would recommend this place to everyone. So happy I was able to find my dress here 🤍
