As the maid of honor, I’ve been lucky enough to be part of the bridal shopping experience, and this store has been absolutely amazing! The vibe is so fun, and the staff is genuinely the best to work with. A special shoutout to Ashlynn, who went above and beyond and made everything so easy, fun, and memorable! We were disappointed by the lack of consultation during the custom order process. When making significant changes such as a fabric substitution or bodice modification, we believe a dedicated conversation with an experienced tailor is essential. Trying on dresses and fining the gown of my dreams at Ivory Bridal Co. was an absolute pleasure! After 3 disappointing attempts to find a dress at other shops, I left wishing I’d started here first. The shop is beautiful and clean, the dress selection is wide and the staff give you their full attention and are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ivory Bridal Co. was my second wedding dress shopping appointment, but I wish I had come here first! My associate, Ashlen, took all of my stress and anxiety out of finding my dress. She was lovely, attentive, fun, and I am so grateful I got to work with her. She made the day so special and was essential in finding my dream wedding dress. I would recommend this place (they have so many options!) and especially Ashlen to anyone looking for the ONE.
I had an appointment to pick up my wedding dress at 5:30 p.m. and arrived at 5:00 p.m., 30 minutes early. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed.
