As a physician and Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine for 32 years, I am aware of the reticence some physicians still have towards chiropractic treatment. When I developed a sudden and painful back / hip injury and could barely walk, I decided to give Dr. Ivo a try. He immediately understood the cause of my pain, did not require X-ray (in my particular care) and treated me with a combination of manipulation and acupuncture. Great chiropractor! I was referred by several friends so I gave him a shot. Not the traditional 'back cracking' doctor, as I came in with issues on my knee and my foot. Also does acupuncture, which I've not seen at a chiropractor before. He and the staff are friendly and seemed very invested in my well being. I am now a "regular" patient. Thank you Ivo!
