I've used IVIS for many things, most commonly secondary utility locates for years. They are always responsive, communicative, friendly, and thorough. I recently had Dylan come out on two calls for locates at a rural property with lines everywhere. His work was exemplary, and I'm once again digging with confidence.
The crew at ivis are such great people , they helped me with my backup at my home , got it done fast and efficiently would definitely recommend!
Excellent service from this company. Called them Monday morning at 9 AM and they had a staff member and truck on site at 1 PM! Sewer lines were scanned with a camera and pressure washed. On site technician Andy used drop sheets, cleaned up after his finish and provided advice for moving forward. He even took the time to clean out our kitchen sink drain and found three plastic straws which were catching debris.
