Just calling as a potential new client with major tooth pain but no current dental insurance (my company doesn't offer it) upon asking if they offered any kind of payment plan or payment arrangements in case the cost was above my available funds was informed they weren't a bank and so they don't do that and had no idea where I could go to maybe live with it and go get insurance and then come back. RecommendedDr Richards removed all my amalgam fillings. They were pushing my teeth apart and they were so ugly and had been giving me issue. I have always taken great pride in my nice set of teeth, so this was very important to me. He has also repaired some poor dental work I have suffered and I received a new crown. His beautiful wife, Christine will greet you at the front desk and his cute little assistant Tamika will ensure your comfort. I’ll be going back for more!
I just had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Richards yesterday. He really takes the time to explain to you what you need done and why. He makes sure you're comfortable and in no pain. Getting my wisdom teeth removed was more comfortable that any other dental work I've had. It helps that he's a funny and entertaining too! I highly recommend him!!
The dental hygienist Valerie was fantastic great personality I went there for 1 hours worth of cleaning and got about 20 minutes they tried to sell me a $500 cleaning plan that didn't work for me when I asked if there was smaller package they were very rude about it and set me away. The Vietnamese lady at the front desk is horribly rude.. could tell she was only trying to rape me for money.. and the that is why the office is empty. Will never be back.
