Dental Paediatrix and the hospital team here are brilliant and their team are super lovely. Our little boy was taken care of so well, he was & is completely pain free. We were looked after as a family & everyone was kind and reassuring. Thank you team.

Extremely disappointing experience at IVF Clinic Alexandria. Communication was poor from the outset — multiple unanswered calls and delays just to secure an appointment. On arrival, my medical records had not been obtained as promised, despite this being confirmed at booking, and I had to provide my own information on the day. While the doctor was professional during the procedure itself, I was told I would be contacted the following week with results after paying around $600 out of pocket. That follow-up never happened.
