The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, incomptence at every single touch point, from the donor team to the genetics team and the doctor does not keep appointments, I was prescribed the wrong medication which is used for IUI even though my donor was only set up to provide IVF, the medication made me really sick, I tried to contact the doctor and never heard back, zero care, no regard for the emotion of someone going through this process. Please go to another clinic before wasting years in this system like I did.
