Want to feel like a lab rat? This is the place to go! I went to several clinics and did egg retrievals at each. This clinic had the lowest result, and I knew that would be the case the minute I entered the building. Should have trusted my instincts instead of throwing thousands of dollars down the drain for one poor quality embryo that failed to take. I now have 15 embryos stored at Fertility First Hurstville, across several collections, both before and after visiting IVF Australia.
Our experience with IVF Australia and Dr. Wang was extremely disappointing. After investing so much hope into the process, we were met with a generic, one-size-fits-all approach that completely overlooked the need for proper investigation. Dr. Wang did not perform the full range of tests that could have helped identify the actual cause of our fertility issues. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Marcela Martin and the whole IVF Australia team including the nurses, receptionists and finance team. The customer service was patient and kind, with everyone explaining their roles and the process clearly and consistently. I am so grateful I had this team of professionals by my side for what can be an overwhelming process.
