Our experience with IVF Australia and Dr. Wang was extremely disappointing. After investing so much hope into the process, we were met with a generic, one-size-fits-all approach that completely overlooked the need for proper investigation. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Marcela Martin and the whole IVF Australia team including the nurses, receptionists and finance team. The customer service was patient and kind, with everyone explaining their roles and the process clearly and consistently. I am so grateful I had this team of professionals by my side for what can be an overwhelming process.
