I can't say enough kind things about the staff, especially the nurses. Lauren and Hannah are beyond kind and caring and want the best for their patients. They take time to listen and make sure you're getting the care you need. They truly care about what you're going through and take time to develop a relationship, as this is a long process and you see them a lot. Our doctor referred us to this clinic, however, it seems impossible to get an appointment. Their portal is not uploading the documentation they require for an appointment. We offer to take the documentation in person at our appointment, and they refused. Apparently, first appointments aren’t in person. Receptionist could care less if we made an appointment elsewhere, unfortunately, it’s come down to that.

I heard Cottrell laughing about a patient miscarriage in a separate room after the patient left. I would be lying if I said this is the only disgusting thing I've see her do.

The staff was great while I was there, especially the nurses but I haven’t been there in a year and all of a sudden I owe them 2k more than I did when I stopped going.

Dr Cottrell was amazing for my first appointment yesterday. I got more answers in one visit than I did in 8 visits at my other fertility doctor. She was to the point and didn’t beat around the bush. I’m so glad I made the change to come here.
