My initial consult with Mike Skinner was excellent — he listened to my design goals and gave great flooring recommendations for our stairs (and a quote for a full first-floor LVP project). That’s where the good experience ended. After my deposit, Stephanie said the product was on back order and someone would call to schedule once it arrived. That date came and went with no contact.
