Ivey Carpet & Flooring isn’t what it used to be years ago. There is a significant amount of deficient work in our tile job they did in 2022. We’ve pursued them for 3 years now to take action to correct these. Rick Ivey has told me twice he would get replacement tiles and it hasn’t happened. Even worse, his sales manager has not been truthful about the facts in this issue. Many emails and phone messages ignored over this period.
Ivey carpet was absolutely excellent with our recent carpet project. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The installation crew was thorough and very conscientious in moving and reassembling our furniture. Highly recommend!
Ivey carpeting is excellent. They did 3 rooms in my home and it came out perfect. The type and color of carpet that their rep Jeff suggested was exactly what we were hoping for. Their prices were fair and their installers were on time, clean and did an excellent job.
Good Jeff is the best worker I experienced with
We had an unplanned master shower renovation due to a failed 24 year old shower pan/major leak. It wasn't the best in timing, but we had to do it, so we wanted it to be something timeless, but modern. I can't say enough about Jeff Lynch, Walter and staff. They really went out of their way to help us find the best / affordable options, in light of our untimely project. We are very happy with the outcome.
