Ivey is the absolute best! We have officially used her as a buyer and seller’s agent, and she made both processes as smooth and simple as possible both times. She is always on top of communication (even if she’s on a trip across the world) and will do whatever it takes to get a house sold. She is a great real estate agent AND a great person. By both fluke and good business practices, Ivey found us - when we put in a blind inquiry on a property listing. It is not stating it lightly when we say that we would work with her again anytime as well as recommend her to our mothers. Well actually - we did! And she sold her house too!
