I could not recommend Ivey Properties and Randy Ivey more! He has been a phenomenal landlord to my daughter, a student at HSU. It's tough on a parent when your kid moves out on their own for the first time and you aren't local to them. I know I worried WAY less knowing how responsive Randy is. Everything is handled promptly. I'm in my second house I have rented from Ivey Properties and there is a reason I stay! Randy and Greg are outstanding! If there is ever a problem, they get it fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting through Ivey Properties. You will not be disappointed!
I lived in Abilene for nursing school at ttuhsc here for 18 months. This honestly was the best college house I’ve ever lived in. Very affordable for college students. Communication was 10/10, they immediately responded to texts and concerns and got things fixed immediately. They even would change out my light bulbs because I couldn’t reach!! Our washer broke, was fixed by them in days. I couldn’t recommend Greg, Taylor, and Randy more!! Sad to leave such a great management group!
