I was offered to tag along for a last-minute 2:00 PM showing. I arrived at 2:07 and called to let the realtor know I was there, only to be told they had already come and gone. He suggested I “knock on the door and ask the tenant,” which I wasn’t comfortable bothering the tenant, and when I said that, he didn’t offer to reschedule or help further. Poor communication and unprofessional follow-through.
Always quick to respond to any maintenance issues, friendly and reliable especially their maintenance manager Greg. What more could you want.
10/10 recommend renting from. Any problem or concern , they take care of immediately. Gregg is very helpful & even calls after to make sure the problem or concern was taken care of. It’s been a blessing finding such good landlords ❤️
I have now rented from Ivey Property Management twice and at two separate addresses. Both times they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The first place was remodeled before we even saw the place and it was fantastic. The second has been a work in progress due to some unforeseen circumstances, but let me tell you.
