We enjoy bringing our vehicles here for service. Staff is friendly and quick! But knocked a star since more than once after an oil change they’ve marked parts as “immediate maintenance” but did not mention to me or offer to replace at time of service. I would’ve said yes and added on the parts & costs! Annoying I have to go get my own parts in Angelo & change at home immediately after they’ve serviced.
Fine job guys! I found a great truck and was treated like royalty. My sales man was Buddy Wallace and I am sure to be back when it is time to trade. If you are looking for a professional, no nonsense approach to buying a vehicle, Ivey Ford is your last stop.
