RecommendedBest experience at a Doctor’s office by far. My first appointment will keep me coming back for years. She is comforting and tough at the same time with a out of this world bedside manner. Thank you.
First, Dr. Ivey is amazing! She is very caring and listens to her patients. I would not recommend going here because her front desk associate (Denise) is incredibly rude and incompetent. Over the years I have had multiple surgeries, and we have had to call in to follow up with the release paperwork because it wasn’t sent in until after we call. Instead I’ve been given excuses that faxes get caught up in the fax machine. When I’ve offered to go pick up the paperwork, it magically goes through. Denise has pulled the wrong file... read more
Answer the phone, return calls, actually visit clients more than once every 8 visits, don't reschedule appointments without client's permission, especially when they have already called once to inform you that time wouldn't work, and don't make someone wait an hour for their "Scheduled" appointment after they put in the effort to be there on time.
Love Dr. Ivey, but her good care is not enough to make me deal with her incompetent staff & billing department. Will not be going back. They stole $85 from us and then kept sending us bills for $30 when they could have just fixed the first error. The billing Dept said it was fixed multiple times when it clearly was not. A never ending nightmare.
The first visit with Dr. Ivey was wonderful. I finally found a doctor who will listen and treat me my ailment. She takes the time to help and not just give me a bottle of pills like every other doctor I've been to. She and her staff are the best in NW Arkansas.
Dr. Ivey is an amazing doctor. My wife went to her first and we both liked her so much I started going to her as well.
