Extremely disappointing experience. My daughter and I scheduled an appointment because she needed a physical exam and paperwork completed for her summer program. Before making the appointment, we clearly explained the purpose of the visit, and the office confirmed they could see her. When we arrived, the staff asked us to switch our insurance primary care physician to their office before the appointment. We did exactly that. After that, we waited for two hours. One of the best pediatricians I’ve met. Dr. Felipe is so caring and compassionate, while also having a wealth of knowledge. You know she loves kids by the way she interacts with them. She also did not push vaccines and was totally open to whatever pace the parent feels comfortable with. We were also seen very quickly and Diana at reception was amazing. She went above and beyond to welcome us, explain to us about the other office locations, tele health visits, etc. All in all, an exceptional experience.
