Warning !! This business lacks integrity. They are highly unethical and have severely poor communication skills. My family made a written offer on a property they had listed and lost out to a higher bid, which is completely fine. These things happen. After a period of time the listing agent, Jesse Granado (owner’s daughter) reached out to my families real estate agent and asked if we were still interested as the original offer had fallen through. I have never had a worse and more unprofessional experience with a realtor in my life. Especially Jesse Capoross. (Granado). Her communication was terrible through the entire process of offering on an house and she was contradicting everything she would say as the selling realtor and not disclosing things! She will not communicate to you properly and will lead you on and waste your time! This is not how business works & it’s sad.
