Do not buy from this dealership!!! Horrible customer service and they DO NOT stand behind their vehicles! The manager was made aware of an issue on vehicle we test drive just weeks ago. We bought the vehicle with a promise that the repair was completed. We are still having issues with what was supposed to be fixed. The sales staff are great but they can only control so much before the manager steps in. I would strongly not recommend this dealership! We will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Just bought a 2019 Ford Escape from Iverson's and the salesman, Brad, was awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They were all great to work with & when we picked up our new vehicle, Brad set everything up for us & explained all the new things about the vehicle we didn't know. Would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a vehicle!
Offered me $10,000 less than anyone else on my trade. The pickup had damages that they did not disclose on car guru but waited until you contacted them to tell you about it. I ended up at another for dealer and got $12,000 more for my trade that they offered
