I have been going to this office for seven years and the office staff has been very kind and professional, Dr DeBoer has been such a sweet, compassionate doctor who was very patient with my hypochondriac ways. Dr O'donnell has been very professional and pleasant, very smart man. The physician assistant and Nurse Practitioner are very sweet and easy to talk to. I will be continuing my care with this office for years to come along with the rest of my family.
I don't even want to give them 1 star. I love Dr DeBoer, but the staff is really unprofessional. One nurse is just plain rude. And today, I showed up at my appointment an hour early in Utica. I sat at the office for an hour and nobody ever showed up. So, I call the Oglesby office when I got home, and they said "oops, it is in Oglesby, and it is a followup on labs. It was for something entirely different. NO LABS INVOLVED. At least that is what the Dr said when I made the appointment. All I can say is they had better NOT bill... read more
